I had a very philosophical conversation with Jarod and friends, Sara and John, this evening about Luby's. It mostly consisted of my repeating how much I like the pickles on swords.

The San Francisco trip was fun and tiring (because it was so fun). Companions really make all the difference in life, and I'm so thankful for mine.

When I was at the SF MoMA bookstore, I came across a book that was basically sentiments accompanied by photos of dogs (my kind of book much?). My favorite went something like this: Keep your eyes on the sun, and you won't see the shadows. I love life.
